As you were advised, you did not have a risk for any STDs from this event and that it is not possible to get an STD from a handjob. Whoever told you to test is incorrect. There is no more information that our members can add since you were not at risk for any STD.

I would ask him how he came up with 30% I don’t think you had any real risk from your encounter

Hi you had zero risk for any std. none gets an std from a hand job. impossible!
You are most likely dealing with anxiety and focusing on every sensation you feel down there. I would get a second opinion any doctor that tells you you have a 30% chance of hiv from a hand job probably doesn’t know enough about the topic. Your symptoms could easily be caused by something non-STD related

I will go through the whole happening. I had unprotected handjob at thai massage centre .Firstly massaged me my back and then offered handjob. She removed her bra and laid my side and i kissed her breast lightly and touched her nipples. Then she vigorously gave me handjob and i cummed. She got up and washed her hands in shower then came out put her bra and t shirt and took a towel which was used for body massage and put on my penis and pressed on my hips. I later requested a underwear and she gave a new one i think and i put that on my penis to avoud contact on my penis with towel but eventually it slipped. I checked her in dim light no obvious sores or cuts.she was wearing a smooth edge metal edge ring. Not sure of superficial cuts on my penis , and also initially if she has gone to wash room and changed or touch her private parts before massage started.I had sex with my wife for few minutes of vaginal sex day before this episode. Now presently mild burning sensation at tip of penis and increased freq of urination and burning sensation in urethra and runny nose .My chance of sti hiv.A sexologist says risk is less than 30 to 40% if contaminated secretions touch penis during massage and advise to undergo std panel tests. Pls advise sir
