Syphilis chancre sore and period occurance

Hello from Indonesia :),

I really concern about the sore on my penis right now.
On 23rd July, I had anal and oral sex with someone (Im top and using condom while anal sex except oral). While he oral me, his teeth accidently scratch on a part of my penis.

On 24th July, that part turn red and made me feel itchy at the time. I usually swabbed slowly on it with my finger

On 26th july, from red and itchy, it turns a painless sore (sometimes it still a little bit itchy on it). At the time, I consult with my doctor about it. He took a gram test and she said if there some bacteria on that part. But she can't classified which one of bacteria of it. My doctor gived me fussidic 2% for swab on my sore. And he recommend me for take a test of VDRL and HPTA

On July 27th, some part of the sore turn to dead skin (I think)

On 28th July (Actually yesterday), I took a test of VDRL and HPTA.  Both are negative. But my doctor said to test again for the next 5 weeks. (I know if it to soon too for the ensurity of both test)

On 29th july, (right now) some part of that dead skin on my sore just falling of while I shower and swabbed with soap. After it, that part like turn to heal it self and make a new skin with some of slight red colour (even not all of it).

Until now, I still use that fussidic.
I have a plan to test of full std next month.
2 months ago, I tested of vct and syphilis. Both are negative.
==========
My question

1. How big the probability if the indication of the sore on my penis is a chancre of syphilis? Because it occurs just 3 days after that activity and the like dry up it self, I can't ensure of it.

2. When someone got a chancre of syphilis, is it a big probability for the test of VDRL and HPTA give the positive result?

Oral sex exposes you to syphilis indeed, but that doesn't mean that you caught that infection. If you tested 6 weeks after the encounter, and you got a negative result, the accuracy is quite high, but it would be good to test again 3 months after the encounter, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.

Chancre disappear a few days after appearing, so if it's persisting, the lesions you have are probably scratches that you are keeping open by touching with your finger. Don't do that any more, and try to keep the area as clean as possible, as an open cut, even if it's small can be a source of new infections (not just stds) specially in such a delicate area like the penis.

All the best.
