Infection

Hi, i m currently serving in the us military, and i have had risky unprotected sex , about  a week later i have a shoulder aching on my left should and then a month later my corpmans gave me a antibiotic shot and it disappear for a couple week and it comes again and the aching sensation is kinda cold and it all over my body and bitten me,but most of the time it stay in my left arms muscle area, i can literally see it moving in my muscles and it cause my my muscle vibrations too.My corpmans had sent my blood to difference places to tested for hiv in the period about three months after the incident happens
and the result came back negative.And now i wanted to bring what i aching feeling and my corpmans think that i`m crazy.but at one point i felt nauseous and my vision gets blurry.Can anybody please help me to figure out what is my problem?

That symptom has nothing to do with a STD.
