Is it conclusive?

Sorry for the bad English,I need help. I had sex with a sex worker 19/6/23, the condom broke and I didn’t realize till I finish, I think it’s less than 5mins exposure because when we change position the condom was still ok. I did my lab test (rpr&tpha, hiv 4th gen, hsv2, hepatitis b)on 1week,3weeks,4weeks,9months and 10months and syphilis&hiv rapid test on 4weeks and 9months

Is it conclusive? I didn’t have any exposure after that day

Yes, it's all conclusive. You don't need to test again. You've tested more than enough.

Will there be a false negative?
No, not with so many tests. You're fine. If I thought you needed to test again, I'd tell you. You don't.

You do seem to have an anxiety problem, though. You should talk to your doctor about that.
Thank you very much, I will try to control my anxiety
How about hpv, there is no symptoms until now
There is no test for that for men, and symptoms can take a long time to appear. You can also have it without symptoms and never know it.

Around 90% of us will get HPV at least once in our lifetimes. It's very, very common.

Are you worried about a regular partner/wife finding out about this? Unless you were both virgins when you met, they'd be no way to piinpoint HPV to any single encounter.
Hi auntiejessi, my HSV 2 igg test is also conclusive on the 9 and 10months test right
Yes. HSV tests are conclusive at 12 weeks.

There is no STI test that you need to test for past 12 weeks.

YOU ARE FINE. You can let this go.
