Is oral sex "low risk" for all permutations of oral sex / infection?

I'll keep this as to the point as possible.  I had an anonymous, unprotected oral sex experience on Wednesday.

It was of very short duration, he did not orgasm.  He looked/smelled clean but it was dark and he had dark skin.  He also went down on me for an even shorter duration (about 3 bobs).

1)  I've heard HHH say oral sex is "low risk" several times on this board, but does that hold true to giving and recieving?

2)  Should I worry about the whole range?  HIV, HPV, NGU, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Chancroid, Herpies, and Hepatitus?

3)  I've been talking with a lab that offers "early detection" tests.  They say in young healthy males they should be able to detect all of the above by now (5 days later).  Are they bs-ing me?

Thanks Barn Babe,

In regards to what I should worry about...
1)  are any of the things I listed more likely than others, or is it just low risk across the board?

Also, I've confessed all this to my fiance.  Of course there's emotional devestation, but she has a great capacity to love and forgive.  We've been kissing each other on the cheek because I'm affraid of passing anything to her orally.

2)  Is that fear justified?
