STD? Not? someone help?!?!

ive never tested positive for any STD's (last test year ago) About a week ago, i got what looked like a bug bite/boil/pimple, by the end of the day without me picking at it, it was no longer inflamed but the center of it had a kind of crater in the middle of the area.. it did not bleed, but it does look kind of gross.. i would shower and it would make it fresh every time, over the next 2 days i got 2 more... 2 days now after ive had the 3, i havent gotten any more. Basic details of them, they are about in inch away from each other (not in clusters at all) they go through times where they get itchy, and dont really hurt UNLESS i touch them or if they start rubbing against my boxers alot.. at first i thought it may be herpes, and i know everyone gets them in different forms, but ive looked at atleast 100 pictures and havent found one that looks like mine.. i ruled out syphilis because they do irritate me enough to not be them.. can someone please give me a little insight as to what this may be.. i do not have health insurance, but i do have money to pay for doctor, so i want to get a little bit of knowledge before i throw money at a doctor.

ps one is in the foreskin, one is in the middle of the shaft, and one is at the bottom of the shaft.. all on top none underneath

really nothing I can help you with at this point. you need to be seen for a proper exam at this point to get a real diagnosis.

ps.. just extra detail, the small bumps are right next to the last bump/boil that appeared.. which also healed the quickest.. like i said im on day 11 of getting these things and i thought if it was in the healing phase i shouldnt be getting new ones... and also, this is day 11, if you do the math, the day before i got them was 4th of july... which i spent the whole day in a lake basically... im just freaking out because im afraid it could be something worse than an std like a parasite or something

hey grace, quick question, i was waiting til monday to go to the doctor... these bumps (which ive had now for 11 days) are healing up, but next to one of them, just today formed a bunch of small skin colored bubbles... if this std related, shouldnt i be in the healing stage by not and not getting new bumps?

odds are this isn't std related. the best thing to do is to be seen and get a proper exam and diagnosis.  do not continue to pick at them though!

call your local health department to see what your local low cost options are for medical care too.
