I am 18 years old and I had unprotected sex about three weeks ago with a woman in her late 30's and felt these symptoms about a week after. The only symptoms I am feeling is an annoyance that I need to urinate alot and when i go not as much will come out as expected, but the annoyance will subside a bit. Another symptom is slight pain when i feel around my penis and testicals for a problem, but that has started to get a bit better. I do not have any lumps or marks. I havent got any checkups or tests but i feel this problem may be existing because of anxiety, is that right?
If you could help ease my worries that would be great.
