Ive had oral and Anal with my Partner

I listed this as other because i have no clue what i might have. Okay so ive read all over the forums, and seen many things that have helped me. But i want to post my situation just to make sure. Okay so im Bi-Sexual. And right now im dating this guy. Monday feb 1st i performed oral on him and swallowed, tuesday the 2nd i did the same thing. now yesterday the 3rd... we had unprotected anal (I know stupid) Im not sure if he has been tested, I was tested in 2007 but not since, but he was the only guy i have ever done anything with, ever. im 19 years old so yea. I have a sore throat and me right lymphnode is swollen. Now i know this is cold season... but i just want to make sure it might not be something i should worry about. Those are the only symptoms i have other than fatigue, but i dont sleep well anyways so that could be the cause of it. Please let me know what you think it could be.... possibly just a sore throat mild cold symptoms??? and just for reference i have an EXTREMELY strong immune system and RARELY get sick...

Sore throat is probably just that and nothing more.

Advice is to talk with your partner about STD's and HIV and would advise both get tested.
