STD or dermatitis?

I'm a 23 year old guy. I recently noted a shiny crusted lesion on my scrotum, about 3cm in diameter with small and very superficial ulcer-like wounds, about 4 or 5 in number. They are slightly painful when touched. There is slight inflammation in that area. There is no itch, no fever or swollen lymph nodes, no pus, no prodromal symptoms at all. I had slight discomfort in that area about a day back so i suppose it took around 36hrs for this lesion to develop.

I had oral sex with a girl about 3 months back once. She doesn't have any documented STD or any other illness. Neither before or immediately after that episode.

But for last 1 month or so, I've neglected my hygiene quite a lot. I usually used to shower daily, kept myself very clean. But because of exams, i didn't have any time. I showered after 3 days interval and used the same under garments in all those 3 days. The day exams got over, i started jogging and workout as usual but still showered after an 8 hour interval. Did the same for 3 days. And by the 3rd day i noticed these lesions.

Please tell me if i have an STD or is it just dermatitis or something else. I've been quite worried about it.

i dont have any bumps for sure.. its just a slightly inflamed area wid small wound like lesions.. slightly oozing as well, very little.. but no pus.. fluid is clear n thats forming the shinny crust.. shouldn't be an STD, right?

Bumps and things like that need to be seen by a Dr. We can't even guess what this could or could not be. Can tell you that most things like this are not STD related.
