I have some small, chronic bumps on my glans. They are flesh colored and are only visible when my glans is fully erect and tumescent. They do not seem to go away, and I have had them for quite a while.
They are not pearly penile papules, as they occur on the flat surface of the glans. I got tested for STD's after having sex protected with only one girl. Now I am worried that I may have some kind of fungal infection or bacterial infection.
I used Miconazole on it and it does not seem to have any effect. Could the bumps have been caused by the antifungal? They seem to become worse if I practice poor hygeine, but I usually take a shower once or twice a day. I just want to know if it is normal to have some bumps on your glans when fully erect, or if this could be an STI, STD, or some kind of infection.
It doesn't itch, hurt, burn, or cause any discomfort except for the annoyance of having a bunch of bumpy things on my glans.
