Trying to find answers

I've posted on the herpes board, but my issues don't seem to be herpes related, so I'm going to try here... I'm a 39 y/o male.  I was taken advantage of by another guy while I was quite incapacitated by drink (I don't know who, only that I woke up the next morning in my hotel room feeling very violated).  I didn't report (have my reasons).  Two weeks after, got sick with what felt like really bad cold symptoms (felt run-down, neck lymph nodes were a little swollen, slight fever, also thrush-like symptoms in my mouth) but I was traveling, so I might have picked something up that way, don't know.  The swelling in my lymph nodes went down, but didn't seem to ever fully go away.  I was seen by my provider then (in Feb, Mar, and May) to run the STD tests, which all came back neg.  And it's worth noting that I haven't had any sexual encounters since February.  Anyway, flash-forward to mid August, I start to feel some irritation in my genital region, on my scrotum, and on my penis (head, not shaft).  After a couple weeks of this, I noticed two small (about 1 mm) bumps just under the head of my penis.  Not wart-like, but not blisters either.  Also got a slight itchy/stinging sensation while urinating- not terribly painfull, just slight.  Of course, I'm very nervous at this point, so I schedule an appointment with my provider and was seen in the second week of September.  I explained what happened and she gave me a full exam, said it didn't look like herpes to her, but only a test would determine that.  She ran quite a few tests (CBC, HIV, Herpes, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, a few others I don't know) and prescribed Valtrex (just in case it might be herpes) and an antibiotic for yeast.  All tests came back negative... there were slight "anomalies" in my CBC, but not anything to worry about (so the doc said)... not sure what to think here.  She started me on ciprofloxacin to treat possible prostatitis but she's at a loss.  I still have the irritation, slight itchiness when urinating.  Also slight swelling feeling in my throat.  There's a redness at the opening of my urethra, and when I have an erection my penis head looks like it has rash (raised red areas, "shiny" appearance).  My doc is referring me to a urologist, but that won't come through for a couple of weeks, so I wanted to see if someone here might have run into something similar.  All tests (HIV, HSV, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea) came back negative at the 7 month mark.  Is there an STD I might be missing here?  Or is it possible that at 7 months I still don't have enough antibodies built up to detect?  I'm not normally a nervous person, but these symptoms are bugging me (both physically and mentally).  Thank you in advance for any help or advice you can give.

No HPV is not going to give symptoms like that and tests don't give false negative when done in the right time frame and you have done that.

Thank you for your time Vance2335... I appreciate the words of encouragement.  I guess my only concern at this point is whether the tests could be wrong or if there's something else totally unrelated... the one thing that can't be tested for is HPV, but I don't know that it would give symptoms like I'm having.

Sounds more like anxiety then anything else. Can't really provide much help for an issue that can't be remembered, other then what I said above.

I know I "SHOULD HAVE" reported this, but like I said, I have my reasons... there's no way, in my world, where I could've reported this... but I'm just trying to make sense of all that's happened after- the physical/mental portion of it is something I can live with, but the medical stuff is something I need to put behind me-

No, that's what's really sucky about this- the night in question, I was out having a good time, got a bit inebriated, started on my way back to my room, then the next thing I know, it's the next morning, I'm all out of sorts, with no recollection of anything after 11pm or so... and like I said, I woke up with pain, feelings I should never have... best I can make out is that I was violated every which way you can think... just by how/what I felt when I woke the morning after

Ok but were you hooking up with a guy before that?

well, when I woke up, my anus hurt, my penis was "crusty", and to be blunt, my mouth felt awful, like it was coated with something... I've been drunk before, but this was different- I totally don't remember what happened after a certain point that night.

Your tests are conclusive, you don't have a STD risk.

Why do you think you were taken advantage of?
