Am I at risk after receiving oral sex?

A little more than 3 weeks ago I got drunk and went home with a guy ... I am a female and he performed oral sex on me for about 2 mins before I stopped him and left. Nothing else happened. 4 days after the possible exposure I had a full STD panel done that all came back negative. HIV, Syphillis, HSV 1 & 2, gonorrhea, and chlamydia the lab informed me that my results were conclusive and not to worry about anything. They said the test that they do for HIV can pick it up 3 days after exposure is there such a test? I don't feel like they would lie about that of course just can't find any information to support that. Of course I have been a nervous wreck since mainly because of HIV am I at risk?  I have read a lot of forums that say it is a negligible risk but in my head that's not no risk.  I had a rapid HIV test done 19 days after the exposure and they said that I was negative but I could come back 28 days after the exposure for another test that would be conclusive.  Am I worrying for nothing?  I have had such anxiety about this whole thing, and have made myself sick because of it.

Thank you for you advice!
