Not Sure if STD?

I have like "boils" always appearing around my groin. I am a 19 year old male having unprotected sex. I have been tested in the last 3 months twice, and no STD's have been present. The boils sometime can come to a head and puss and blood will come out sometime. They never come to a head to be bust or lacerated. They're mostly hidden under the skin.

Also, my penis has been very dry lately. Is this signs of an STD or another infection?

You might have a mld staph infection - very common - and if it keeps happening, you should talk to your doc about an antibiotic.
