Sorry, but throat ailments could be caused by many many other things aside from std's. It is rare for a person to get an std orally. So, unfortunately, you will have to see a doctor to find out what it is. You could go to the emergency room. And honestly, if don't take care of yourself, you may one day not be able to say that you are too busy to go to the doctor.
I new to this and can't figure out to edit this question but I have to add that I did not have penetrating sex only oral. I am also a smoker and have noticed phylem sticking to the back of my throat. Is this related to an STD symptom or just smoking related. Again thank you for your time to read this and please reply.
