Multiple unprotected oral but no sti symptoms

My friend's story may allay some fears.  He is 63 and VERY promiscuous. He must have had sex 500 times in 10 years with maybe 100-150 women.  Mostly sex workers but also some women met on the internet.  Always uses condom for vaginal but NEVER for oral.  To date he exhibits no sti symptoms.  Admittedly he has not been tested but his story supports comments that oral sex is VERY low risk.

Oral sex can expose to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes, but obviously the risk is lower than with penetrative sex. A person with that active sexual behavior should test at least once per year. Even if he uses condom, there are stds that can be transmitted anyway.

All the best.
