NGU/NSU

Can you get a NGU from a long term partner?  More specifically...if you've had the same partner for a decade is it possible to get NGU/NSU from them assuming each partner has been monogamous?  Is it possible that bacteria levels or types of bacteria naturally change over time?  Thanks.

Thanks Vance - to clarify.  If I have been receiving oral sex from the same woman for years and years - it is possible for one day to get NGU/NSU from this same woman?  It's not necessarily an indicator she cheated?

NGU often comes from oral sex and is generally just bacteria. So the answer is yes it can happen.
