Is this an STD?

Well i had this small bump for well over a year, im 15 now so maybe when i was 13 or possibly even younger. It is on the shaft of my penis. I have not had sexual intercourse of any kind, this includes oral. There is no pain and no discharge from it, it does not itch or anything its just there... and i completely forgot about it for a long time but now i just remembered it and it's driving me crazy. I dont think it's any of the common STDs because they dont fit. The only ones that do are hpv and syphilis because both are unpainful, but there is only that one bump and it did not spread for years so... im not sure anymore.

Any help/support would be greatly appreciated

It can't be a STD because you never had anything done sexually to you. See a Dr but this again has nothing to do with a STD.
