Need help diagnosing bumps on penis.

Molluscum is the closest thing I have come up with for what I may have. I do not have heath insurance at the moment to go to the doctors, so hopefully I can figure this out on my own. I've had these a while thinking they would go away, but havent. They are little bumps and only appear on the shaft. They go all the way around as well, and arent really clustered. They are spread out everywhere. The appearance has never changed, and are similar to the skin color. I have this picture, but I do not know if it will show up on here. I will try a few different tags to it.

Hopefully someone on here may know what it is.

sounds like you got genital worts dont worry tho u can go to a doc and get acid put on them and they will go away usually forever. genital worts is usually caused by having so many strands of hpv

I would suggest you go to the county health department and get some testing done, im not sure if its free but it would be alot less than going to a doc. There are also non profit clinics you can try.   good luck!!
