HELP!Postive Ureaplasma Urealyticum & Arthritis??

HI members of the forum, please help me I need expertise and advice on Ureaplasma Urealyticum
I am not sure I am postingthis on the right place, if not please re-direct me.
I'm a 41 yrs woman. I've had 3 different partners (men) inthe past 2 yrs. I am now in a estable relationship , and my partners was also with other people before this year.
I've experience:
1. Little-Medium size protuberances that showed up 4 weeks ago in different parts of my body (4) toe, shoulder, thumb...and doc sent me to reumathologist..still looking into choresteron level..apparently no other connection than possibly hormonal- some pain associated in each spot.
2. Inthe past 2 weeks I have had sometimes painful sex(vaginal) and then a white discharge..spontaneaous, itch external and internal vaginal feeling.
3. Went to Gynecologist and sent me blood test, cultive of urethra area and also urine test. It jsut came back as positive on Ureaplasma Urealyticum...
Now, I read that it can be treated with some medicines, but they are not antibiotics, so here my questions:

A) which is the effective medicine?
B) I read there are complications in the body when the infection has gone into further areas, blood stream, organs and a site mentioned that even sinovial / arthritic patient will find this organs to be infected...so could it be that the pump that I see now on some regions is a late-consequence of a disease that has been with me for a while ?
C) please clarify...I read it is transmitted with vaginal and oral sex? but again that it is not consider to be STD ?? how's that? cause my partners and I need to clarify teh origin and this might be a delicated issue
D) Should I communicate this to my ex-partners for testing?
E) What is the outlook and expectation of a total recovery after medication?
F) Sex during this time is not advisable, I guess..how long does this go for and until when a person can be cleared totally?
G) Does my partner need to be checked? if so, is it urine test? blood?
H) I am confused abou the relationship of this desease and arthritis...one who already has arthritis can suffer more of this due to the Ureaplasma Urealyticum...but does the Ureapl Ireal cause a type of arthritis..???

Thanks  and I am looking forward to reading from you, since my physician has given me a late appointment (until 2 weeks time!!!) Should I check on another doc, due to urgency?

Dr Hansfield has stated many times that Ureaplasma shouldn't be tested for because it's really meaningless if found, due to the fact that its normal flora.  But like Vance suggested, this subject is better left to the experts.

For the most part this is out of my knowledge. I wish I could help you more, I suggest either paying and posting to the Expert forum (Dr's on this site) or talking more with your Dr.

So could it be that this testing was positive simply beacuse I also have it as flora- as most of sex active people? but it might actaully not mean anything abnormal? I would need further testing to know on what quantity it's present to confirm I've got an actual disease?

A) We do not give medication advice
B) I'm sure it is possible, but this would be better explored with your Dr
C) It is not considered a STD because it is normal flora found in most sexually active people
D) I don't know...ask your Dr
E) Should be able to be treated without any issues
F) Normally after 1st round of antibiotics but in some cases (only about 10%) a second round of antibiotics are needed.
G) Yes, swab test is most common
H) I don't know

You might want to see if another Dr can fit you in sooner just so you can begin treatement, but that Dr might want to wait for testing to come back as posiitve before anything is done.
