Negative for STDs but still had symptoms?

So the weirdest thing happened to me, but i don't understand it at all. I believed that i was infected with Gonorrhea or Chlamydia on February 16th 2013 from receiving oral sex from someone I didn't know (I'm a gay male) The week after that, i started getting a discharge but no pain while urination (i thought i had gonorrhea) so on February 25th i went and got tested (i had a urine sample done for gonnerhea and chlamydia) and after they took a urine sample they treated me with a shot and 4 pills just incase i had anything. Eventually after 2 days the discharge went away. Then the next week after i was tested (March 4th) my results from 2/25 came back and they told me that everything was negative and that i didnt have gonnerhea or chlamydia. I was shocked because i really thought i had it because i had the discharge that same day i got tested and the doctor even looked at my penis and saw the discharge but its gone now. What could have happened?
please help.

ok because i received oral sex from another guy on february 20th before i had the symptoms. I told him whats going on but he can't get tested right now because his car is broken down. But since it's not a big deal, will it clear up on its own for him?

ngu is common from oral sex as are prostate infections. at this point since symptoms are gone, no real way to know what was going on. you do know what wasn't going on at least.
