Hello and thank you all for the wonderful information you provide here.

Question1 : will keeping the boxer short on during a protected sex, decreases the chance of HSV and HPV ?
Question2 : after such an act described above ( protected sex with having boxer short on ) with a prostitute in a developed country, still needed an STD test after 3 months ? or does not need a test

will wearing boxers decrease the risk of herpes and hpv? well we really don't know but unless you plan on duct taping them to the condom, there will still be skin on skin contact.

do you need std testing after a  one time protected encounter? only if there is another partner involved that you are protecting. we recommend protected sexual contact because it works fairly well and eliminates the need for testing after each partner.

herpes, hpv and syphilis are your main risks from protected sex. The risk of them certainly isn't zero by no means but it's low enough that it's not a big worry.

As long as the condom didn't break and stayed in place you've pretty much zero chance of getting anything from this exposure. Unless obvious symptoms arise ie discharge from the penis or painful burning urination you have no need for any testing.
