Not an STD?

Like many here, I have my story and I will try to be as specific as possible.

I was seeing this girl and I decided one Thursday night to NOT use protection. This was on July 8th (She was dating someone before me and didnt use protection with him.)
The following Sunday I had a a tingling after I urinated and my testicles felt funny.
The following Tuesday I got hit with a bad fever but it only lasted the one day.
The Next day I mentioned the fever to the doctor and how my testicles felt sore and my penis slightly burned. I was given antiobitics even though i was shown small signs of UTI. I took them all for 2 weeks and did not feel better.
I talked to a doctor again and just gave blood for genital herpes. I was Negative for the Herpes BUT Around the time I was waiting, I developed the Shingles (Herpes Zortex), which i thought were just inflamed hair follicles.
I was given antivirul medication (Acyclovir) for the Shingles and Doxycycline Hyclate for Chlamydia (doctor said I MAY have it) . I noticed to have been feeling naseous but it started while under taking 2 different medications. I also have felt really fatigued which was 1 or 2 weeks ago, with random headaches. . I have thrown up twice and both the times when I took the Doxycycline. I am no longer taking the Doxycycline and just finishing up the Acyclovir.

August 11, I paid for a full STD Blood Test and everything Except Herpes 1 was negative.. I even paid for an HIV PCR Test to know ASAP about a possible HIV infection. On this recent Monday, I went to a Urologist and he did two different tests, one which he stretched and roughly jerked my penis to force a little bit of urine and put it on a strip and I also urinated in a cup. He could not find anything wrong at all.

Could this be the side effects of Shingles and the medication (Which have similar side effects of Acute HIV Stage) or could this actually mean I'm going through the stage of Acute HIV infection or any other possible Bacterial infection?

I am sitting here more than a month after my unprotected encounter still having soreness in the testicle/scrotum area and still some tingling when I urinate. I'm experiencing some irritation, tingling around my face and have noticed open little cuts on 2 of my fingers and one on my forearm.

Are the cuts, tingling Herpes related?
What else is there besides HIV (which would be too early to detect still with antibodies) that I could have?

She hasnt been tested yet but shes planning on it by the end of this month.

I know its early for HIV for the antibodies, but I waited a lil more than a month to take a full STD test and had no symptoms of Syphilis, Gono, or Chlamydia.

Only thing I tested positive for is HSV1. So I should test for HSV2 and HIV again in 2 months?

you had unprotected sex. it is hard to say what is related to what. You have been working with a doctor but your testing is inconclusive due to the testing time lines required.

Chlamydia & gono- 7 days post Exposure ( however you were treated without being tested)
Syphilis- 6-8 weeks
HIV- 3 months
HSV- 4 months

Testing prior to the time line your test are considered in conclusive.

Have you tried talking to the girl and asking her to get tested?
