One More Question

So I took tests for everything regarding down there but I did use vaginal cream (for a yeast infection) a few days before and also that night and took these tests in the afternoon. It was a swab and urine (mid stream). My doctor had said that nothing would affect these tests since they test for specific organisms to detect STDs. Is this true? should I be alright with my negative results? Or should I do it again? Im worried and need to know.

Vance if you have a chance would you mind asking her what kind of tests are run to see if I have this? and what specific tests did she use? and if the tests that I have taken on August 4th would show anything (abdominal/pelvic ultrasound, as well as a transvaginal ultrasound) I would truly appreciate this if it could be done.

Thank you again Vance for all of your help. You are a very nice person taking your time out to help others and I really appreciate all of the help you have given me. I am sorry I have so many questions I just don't know what to really do anymore and I am very concerned. I wish you all the best Vance, again thank you.

NGU is able to be picked up in the urine no matter what and just looks for bacteria. And while classified as a STD it really for the most part just mouth bacteria that is transfered during oral sex.

Your not really reading and taking inot consideration everything I have said which is causing you more worry then it really needs to be. Don't just pick up what you think is bad when reading replies but actually read and believe the entire thing...like I said 3 swab tests shows no STD...conclusively.

Don't know much about sns specific cervicitis, so that is why I had not suggested it but a trusted female did and thinks it is the way to go.

So you said NGU would be picked up through urine no matter what stream or time of day? (How is that if STD tests are supposed to be done in the 1st Urine sample of the day and NOT midstream?)... Sorry I am soooo paranoid. And honestly I want to be alright since I have not done anything sexual since 3 weeks and I want to be sure I am alright for whom ever I engage in sexual intercourse with next, via oral or vaginal sex, obviously with a condom since I have made the mistake of not using one so many times. I will not do that again. Thank you for looking out for me Vance I truly truly appreciate it more then ever.  May I ask you what is non specific cervicitis? and how do you get this? I also had an abdominal ultrasound and pelvic ultrasound with a transvaginal ultrasound the other day (August 5th).

Again the swab tests for STD's are just as accurate as urine tests, there is no difference between them and you said you had 3 swab tests.

NGU would be picked up in urine no matter what stream or when taken.

No other STD would cause these symptoms, so like we have said I think you can rule out a STD.

Also just to note someone I trust looked over your story quickly and said "She might have non-specific cervicitis.  Her cervix is having a hard time healing for some reason.  Tell her to discuss the possibility of cervicitis.  The exact same thing happened to me and i was diagnosed with chronic cervicitis.  You do not have to have an std to get this."

This above is the next route I would go and not worry about a STD.

Great :( now I am really going crazy. Should I buy one of those home urine cups and do it at home and bring it into planned parenthood tmw? or try and get an appoitment early morning tmw before I use the bathroom? now I am scared because I am still having discharge. Maybe something is being missed? possibly NGU? I don't know. any other suggestions? cold any other STD be causing this? Thank you again for your help I just keep stressing and thinking things were missed now that it was mid stream and not my 1st urine sample of the day. :(
