Need advice

Had an encounter with a CSW. Both naked. She was on top of my chest. She moved back and in the process of moving to my side I think she may have brushed herself (so I mean her backside and maybe vagina) briefly against my penis. I wasn’t fully erect and she was dry. Any impact or touching was accidental and lasted maximum 5 seconds just in the act of movement. No intercourse, no oral only mutual masturbation. Am I at risk here? Please help.

There is no practical risk here. While skin to skin contact like this can transmit certain STIs, since the contact was so brief and not vigorous, there is no chance of transmission.

Skin to skin (direct, unclothed oral to genital, genital to genital, genital to anal) contact that can result in transmission requires heavy, prolonged rubbing or grinding, usually the kind associated with intercourse.

There is also no risk from mutual masturbation.

There's no risk here, no need to test, and no need to worry.

Also I should have said I am not circumcised so my foreskin was not rolled back at all exposing the inside of my penis. Does that make a difference? I don’t have any symptoms 16 days on.
Nothing makes a difference. There's no risk here at all, no matter what.
I have panicked over the past 2 weeks and ordered online drugs. I have taken 7 days of 2x100mg doxycycline and then the gonnorhea pills of 1mg supra and 2mg amoxicillin. If I had something would that have caught it? I don’t have any sores anywhere and I can’t see any visible discharge.  I also have a gonnorhea test coming by mail tomorrow. Would you bother using that or just throw it away and move on?
There wasn't anything for the drugs to "catch." I'm not sure you're reading and digesting the responses you've been given, which is really the bare minimum we ask of people who seek advice. You had no risk for anything.

You can do whatever you want to do with the test, because any test you take for any STD will be negative, since you had no risk.
I only have one big thing which plays on my mind the whole time. Last Friday  which was 10 days post exposure I found a really brick hard tiny yellow stain in my underwear. I had been and still continue to check myself for discharge and haven’t seen anything at all other than this. It was unusual as I couldn’t see any residue on my penis but there was this odd stain. It was really strong, no amount of scrubbing would get rid of it. I just don’t know. That happened after the doxy but before the other meds.
Since this forum is only for questions related to STDs, and two members have advised you that you didn't have any risk for STDs, we are not going to ask them to diagnose the non-STD related reason behind your underwear stain, or any other issues/symptoms that might arise.
