Oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or anal sex.
However, there is still a risk. You can get gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and genital herpes type 1 (if you don't have oral herpes type 1 already).
The chances are low, but there is still a chance. Most experts don't think one act of unprotected oral sex warrants testing, but if you choose to test, you can test for gonorrhea and chlamydia at 7 days, syphilis at 6 weeks.
Unless you see any sores or blisters, I probably wouldn't bother with testing for herpes. The blood tests aren't all that reliable. If you see any sores or blisters, get them cultured within 24-48 hours of them appearing.
