DGI or Reactive Arthritis?

Dr., in January, I received unprotected oral sex. Never developed any symptoms such as penile discharge or painful urination. After other protected sex  I decided to get tested for all STDs in July: Gon/chlamydia urine, RPR, HIV rapid, hsv 1 & 2. All were negative. Retested in September after 12 week window period since last exposure, still negative. Tested for NGU and gonorrhea via urethral swab in November, all negative.

Three weeks ago, I developed severe soreness in both wrists & elbows, which subsided after 10 days. No fever or skin rash. Now experiencing migrating joint pain in knees, ankles & wrists. No other symptoms.

Could this be caused by disseminated gonnorhea infection or reactive arthritis?

One other note - the joints are not swollen or red. Just sporadic pain that moves around during the day

You have negative tests, this is not a STD related issue.
