If its not herpes what is it.

two years ago I had a small painless sore appear at the base of my penis where i shaved and the same night had sex with a girl whos sexual status is unknown. The sore appeared 2 weeks later and lasted 6 days I thought it must be an std but after having two blood tests and two swab tests I had negative results for herpes. I couldnt explain it and neither could my doctors. I assumed it must have just been a fluke but i read that there are a lot of false negatives so i had 5 more blood tests over a year and a half period. All of the test were negative I was also tested for chylimidiya, ghonnorea, syphilis HIV and Hepatitis B they all came back negative as well. A year passed then one day a new almost completely painless sore reappeared right at the hair follicle on my penis and i went to my family doctor who gave me a prescription for a cream to use on impetigo and it didnt seem to work. So i went to a dermatologist who tested me for herpes as well and that test was negative. The dermatologist said to return when I had a new sore appeared so he could swab it and that he couldn't identify it either. I just want a diagnosis so i can get on with my life. If i dont have an std then great if i do then I will handle it and move on with my life and manage it. This is destroying my self-esteem to the point of suicidal behavior. what else could this be if its not herpes?

I meant to say this is not std related.

You are negative, you do not have an std. You can rule that out.  Its not HPV, HPV is genital warts. Genital warts look like cauliflowers. It is possible to have hpv and not notice it.
Look up these possible problems.
(Hpv) which doesn't sound like that. It could be in flamed hair follicules. Try going to another dermatologist. This is most likely no std related.
