PLEASE Help me to identify this skin condition

Hi,
I will introduce myself by saying that I'm a sixteen year old circumcised male.

From the age of roughly fourteen, on an average of once yearly, I have been experiencing this skin condition where a raised circular lump the size of a pencil eraser grows above the circumcision line of my penis but below the glans, on the right hand side, the lump never occurs anywhere else. It seldom itches and doesn't hurt at all. After about 6-7 days the lump opens up, probably due to masturbation and starts to scab up, yet the lump underneath it is still raised, the scab last about another 3-4 days, whilst the swelling/ lump goes down. What is left now is a scar that is slightly lighter that the rest of the circumcised area of the penis. The scarring from every time this has happened remains. Does anyone have a general idea of what this could be?

After researching what it could be, it may be herpes but I very much doubt it is, herpes are supposed to hurt and they are also supposed to produce multiple sores. I only ever have one of these "lumps" at a time. However, I may have had a cold sore below (not directly on) my lip when I was around nine years old. I haven't had one of these spots on my face since then.

Other details to note:
I have a few skin bridges on the dorsal (top side) of my penis.
I also have spots on the ventral side of my penis, from which hairs arise, though I know this to be common and not dangerous or contagious.

Can you guys please help me to identify the cause of this?

are you sexually active?

odds are this isn't std related. do you use lube when you masturbate?

not likely at all then that you have herpes genitally.

fyi  - ejaculation isn't related to std risk.

use a good sex lube - hand lotions and body lotions have chemicals in that can be very irritating to our sensitive genital skin.

Hi

I've rubbed my penis up against a girl's *** before and I've also received oral, though I didn't ejaculate on either occasion.
When I masturbate, I used to use my own saliva, though, I've stopped doing this and use moisturiser instead now.
