Possible STD

About a week and a half ago I had a known hiv positive man perform oral on me.  I did not for him.  We did rub our penis' together a few times.  He ejaculated on my chest.  Some went on my balls.  I jacked myself off but didnt have his cum on my penis.  After that day my vacation began.  I drove a long distance to visit a friend on the way I had to use the bathroom badly.  When I stopped I had bad diarrhea.when I got to my friends we went to the beach.  I felt really tired from staying up 33 hours.  The next night I noticed I had like a very painful burning soargoing inside my anus.  It was inflammed. I worried that I could of got gonnorreha.  I developed a bad headache loss of appitite fever knee pain and fatigue.  I still have the inflammed spot going into my anus.  Could I have gotten gonnorreha if his sperm dripped down to my anus and if so should I be worried of getting hiv also.  He was a know hi but not sure about gonnorreha.

not everything is std related.

protect yourself in the future and always only have protected sexual contact. saves you worrying, saves you frequent testing and protects you!

Yes it was unprotected.  What worries me is that I still have a fever loss of energy knee pain painful bowel movement.  I also deeveloped a haze over my left eye.  My eye doctor confirmed haze but wasnt sure of the cause.  She gave me a steroid eye drop which helped my eye.

you can contract std's from receiving oral sex but overall the risk of them are low. was this unprotected oral you received?

no, you didn't contract anything from his sperm dripping down into your anus.

no you weren't at risk for his hiv either.

follow up on your symptoms with your provider if you are concerned but odds are your anal area is sore from the diarrhea you had.
