STD Concern after 12 weeks

Hi, June 23rd I received unprotected oral sex from an english woman (35), at 2 weeks i was tested for chlamydia and gonnarea, came back negative and i had a syphillis test at 6 weeks, which came back negative.

I am freaking out that I may still have something after 12 weeks, no symptoms etc. Is there an std i could get after 12 weeks? Do i need another syphillis test?

Thank you for your help, this forum has really helped me in the last 3 months.

Ok thanks for that, I thought herpes appears usually 3-5 days and never after 2 weeks.
