Protected sex on feb 8, saw a white bump on head of penis.

Went to doctor the next day and said it's herpes. So took the test 4 days later for HIV 1 and 2, and herpes 1 and 2. Got negative. Still wasn't having a calm mind. so took a complete ten test panel that's offered from a std check website. Includes, Hep A B C, Syphilis, HIV 4th Gen 1 and 2, Chalmyda, Gonorrhea, Herpes 1 and 2. Took that on Mar 7 (27 days later) got all negative. I was fine after but days later anxiety kicked in again then took same ten test on April 10 (61 days later) and got all negative. So am I being worried for no reason?
