Pimple on Penis Head

I had my girlfriend perform oral sex on me. We have been together for a while. Nothing was on the head of my penis at the time. Several hours later, I noticed a small pimple looking bump on the head of my penis. It does not hurt, burm, or tingle and it is a single bump. It now has a whitehead and looks like a pimple I would have on my face. I have not attempted to pop it since I don't know what it might be. Is it possible to develop a pimple on the tip of my penis a few hours after oral sex? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks. It's just one small bump, no pain, tingling, or itching. It has been less than 24 hours and it is reducing in size and it is almost skin colored at this point. Still not sure what it is, but I am fairly confident it is not an STD. I will continue to monitor as the day goes on. There is no sign of clustering either.

Honestly symptoms do not appear with in hours... this could be an std from a previous exposure or just a bacterial infection... you should continue not to pop them... and see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Also if you and your GF are having unprotected sex then you both should get a full STD panel to learn your status'
