STD after nuru massage

2 weeks ago I had a nuru massage. Of course, there was a lot of oil, it was a naked body massage without penetration. At first, I was lying on my stomach, and when I turned onto my back, I put on a condom (while putting it on, my hands were slightly dirty from oil, which could contain vaginal secretions). During the massage, she also touched my anus (no penetration). The massage ended with a handjob. I took a shower afterwards. After 2 days I got stinging in my urethra, now it's been 14 days and the stinging is still there. Could it be a venereal disease? Maybe some kind of irritation?

There is no risk for any sexually transmitted infection (STI) here.

There is a possibility of irritation or infection from the oil used getting into your urethra and causing problems, but that's not an STI.

Increase your water intake, and if it lingers, see your doctor.

Thanks for your reply! I'm also wondering if the oil weakens the condom enough to let something through? Also, my hands when removing the condom may have been dirty from her vaginal fluid.
It does not. When condoms fail, you know it as it splits all the way down to the bottom. If that has not happened then the condom was working to its full effect.
Don't you think 2 weeks is too long for such stinging? Is there anything else I can do besides drinking lots of water?
You could see a doctor.

If the oil caused an infection, and it could - it doesn't belong in your body - then you need to see a doctor. It could still be stinging after 2 weeks.

How's your water intake vs alcohol and/or caffeine? Maybe you are just dehydrated. Don't dismiss the water. Or do, and see a doctor. Your call.
More like a harmless infection?
I drink very little water anyway compared to coffee, but I've never had these symptoms.
I'm not sure what you mean by harmless infection. If you mean you don't need to see your doctor, than no. If you have an infection, you'll need to see your doctor.

Maybe the no water has caught up to you and you're dehydrated and it has nothing to do with the oil. Give the water a try for a few days and see how that goes. It can't hurt, right?

I don't know if maybe you are trying to avoid the doctor for fear of a regular partner/spouse finding out, so just give the water a try. Maybe it's just irritated and not infected.

No one can diagnose you over the internet. These are all suggestions.
Perhaps I'm exaggerating. It's not a pain, just a slight stinging sensation that is rare but shouldn't be there. I think if it was an infection then the pain would be more frequent and severe. So far I drink more water and maybe it's all in my head but it's better :D
I don't know if it's all in your head, or maybe you are dehydrated, but never underestimate water. Our bodies really, really need it.

Glad you are feeling better. :)
Now, after a few days, the symptoms are almost unnoticeable. Unfortunately, I found something else that is bothering me now. It's about syphilis infection (I read that you don't need penetration). How does this relate to my situation? There was no direct contact, but what bothers me the most is the situation when I was lying on my stomach and she was sitting on my ass and 'driving'. Is this any risk? As well as through the fingers? I can't find anywhere how fast syphilis dies in the air.
And i wanna add that i have anal fissure (not bleeding anymore) Is this increase risk?
Driving? I'm not sure what that is?

If she was just sitting on your ass, I can't imagine how you'd get syphilis. Your penis or anus would have to come into direct contact with a syphilis sore.

No, the anal fissure is internal, and poses no additional risk for external activities.

Really, if you had a risk, I'd have told you. I promise.
I got my urethral smear results today negative. Bacterial fungi were not detected. Does that mean I don't have any infection? How effective is the swab? The stinging is practically non-existent, maybe once a day, that's why it puzzles me. Anyway, thanks for your help and reassurance :D
