Unprotected sex STDS Scare

Hello I'm a male in my mid 20's and had a 1 time encounter with a stranger 34 years old. Oral and vaginal sex.
It was unprotected and because of that reason the very next day started getting anxiety attacks and i would say some depression.

First couple days started getting a tingling sensation on tip of penis and went away after 2 days after that I've been feeling like i have pee stuck in my penis but i haven't had any discharge it has now been 7 days from encounter and also feeling very sensitive testicles sometimes a little pain but not to touch.

Im really scared and anxious and would like to add that I've been having chapped lips with a burning sensation 3 days after encounter.

When can i get tested for accurate results? and what should i get tested for?

Hi, if you donot have any white puss discharge from your penis or any burning when urinating that happen at the 5 day mark, you can pretty much rule out the more common std,s like Gono and Chlamydia.Testing would not be recommended when no symptoms are present unless you have a long term partner. The more common std,s would be a simple UTI. You know your body and if you feel something not quite right then see a doctor and can run some urine and swab tests.

Chlamydia and gonorrhea - You can test now
Syphilis - 6 weeks after exposure
Remember that most people don't have STD's and most singles exposures don't transmit them.
