Herpes, std or guilt

I am a 32yr old married white male about 9 days ago I received unprotected oral from a woman (pro) who said that she is new to the business, gets tested every 2 - 3 weeks and insisted that she clean. She said that she has a boyfriend and he too is clean and always has been. Immediatly after the incident I felt a tingeling sensation throughout my body and a slight burning pain like a friction burn on the left side of my penis, my penis and testicles contracted and I have muscle and head aches for the next few days. I notice that when I woke up in the morning I was ok for a few minutes I guess until I started to think about it and everything came back. Three to four days later my penis and testicles relaxed again and I still have the friction burn sensation and now my testicles ache this went on for a few more days but mostly when I was sitting, if I am sleeping or walking iut's ok. Today there is still no rash, blisters, or any physicla indications that there is anything wrong but I still have the friction burn sesnation on the left side of my penis more so when I thnk about it then not. It does not hurt when I pee or masterbate. What are the chances I have herpes or another std? Could I just be feeling really guility and imagining these symptoms? If my wife knew she would kill me.Please advise.

sounds unlikely... herpes lesions are usually pretty distinct. But you should go have a blood test if you're still concerned.

I should add that the oral encounter only lasted two to three minutes at most. Also I have asked the woman if she hsa had or gets cold sores and she said no.
