White spots at the back of my throat after giving oral

Hi, just under a week ago I visited a friends house and we ended up having sex. Now, she insisted i wore a condom which i agreed with but i fancied trying something new so a performed oral on her to begin with. And it wasnt until 2 days after that i started to get a sore throat, i brushed it off assuming it was some kind of cold as it is winter and i had spent some time outside at night. But i checked my throat now two days later to see what was causing it as the pain has increased, and i have these odd white patches by my tonsils and worried i might have caught an STI/STD. There are no other symptoms apart from a small couple ***** spots around my mouth. Should I go and See my doctor or is it not worth panicking over? (I'd also like to add that a took a couple paracetamol and used some antiseptic cream for the spots that seemed to have weakened the symptoms but not get rid of them)

Hey bro sorry to hear that. But dude I would just go to the doctor now so they can check it out while you have the spots. That way if they need to they can get a culture. Good luck and keep us posted. Have your friend test herself for any stds.
