Possible STD or Prostate Infection

For the past several months Ive been suffering from pain/burning at the tip of the penis. I was treated for some STD infections, got tested, came back negative, so as far as I know its not a STD if the test didnt bring back a false/positive. I also got treated for possible prostasis. So far the only reaction ive had is to the ten days of anti-biotics where I felt an itching internally in my urethra. Other then that the only way to subdue the pain is not using strong soap and mostly just water to wash my penis.

About a week ago I went to the bathroom, it was probably the worst pain in a while ive had while urinating, over the past few months the pain has become less severe and frequent, and has stabilized to just a moderate pain 24/7. But this urination was painful, it smelled horrible also. The urine look yellow on the outside areas and brown and darker in the middle areas. Could this be possibly from an infection in my prostate? And the medication they put me on for prostasis is allowing it to be passed? I see my doctor tomorrow and ill tell him about this. Is it possible because I didn't go to the bathroom before or immediately after sex, and that night I really had to go to the bathroom, the urine backflowed into the prostate glands and caused an infection?

Yes, its possible for someone at your age to have that.  Since you are on meds, and under a doctor's care, you should follow up with your doctor.

Im taking a low dosage of medication for prostatitis, is it possible for someone my age of 22 to have chronic prostatitis? The only symptom I have all the time is pain at the tip of the penis which the doctor looked inside it was just inflamed.

It sounds like it could be the prostatitis again.  This time, have a prostate exam done.

I can't tell you the cause of it, but your doctor might be able to.
