Possible STD?

Ok here goes, I guess I can just explain the problem I am having. For about 6 months + I have been getting red spots on the head of my penis, I have not had any pain whatsoever or any kind of discharge or sores, tenderness, sore throat, sickness etc. I just notice that I have small red spots that come and go on the head of my penis, I wasin't really that concerned and thought that maybe it was just an irritation cuz I have sensitive skin, but just recently I had a wort grow on the shaft of my penis, and now my biggest concern is that I am getting an itchy rash in between my legs and on the inside of my thighs (No rash on my testes, or penis), it (The Rash) seems to get worse when I sweat down there? Is it possible that I have an STD? Why do I get red spots on the head of my penis that come and go? I've never had red spots on my penis like this before. Please help.

Most std infections are asymptomatic, so you can't assume you would have pain.  Things like molluscum and hpv never have pain, so again, bad assumption.

Having warts on other parts of your body has nothing to do with warts on your genitals.  Warts on your genitals probably wouldn't look similar to other warts, and I don't know if this is what you meant, but having warts on other parts of your body offers no protection for not getting genital warts.

Again, I don't know what you have.   It could be a fungal thing, it might not be.
Only a doctor that examines you can tell you that.

I don't have any bumps, they are red spots, not raised at all. Is it possible to get athletes foot on the head of your penis? I did have athletes foot a while back and have since gotten rid of it, I kinda think that it is some type of fungal infection or something. If I had anything more than that I would have some type of pain or somethign associated with an STD. Plus I have had warts through out my life in differen't parts of my body, just never on my shaft.

Its good to know your HIV status, but these symptoms are in no way suggesting HIV.  HIV doesn't produce bumps.

You could have warts and a fungal infection at the same time, or maybe you have herpes and warts.

Yeah I know - that sounds dismal, but just see a doctor and get it checked.

Okay then you are at risk and you do have to see a doctor if you don't know about your partner's background. Go get tested for STDs. For HIV tests wait 3 months then get tested.

Addition to last narration: I've had unprotected sex before last month as well, the symptoms have been going on for about 6 months like I said (Usually not unprotected, but sometimes it has happened)

Well, it depends have you had sex? If you did.. when? Just to let you know STD's don't come out of nowhere. If you don't have sex, you're fine.
