Possible symptoms of STD after sex

Age 22, male
I have had sex with a prostitute 95 days ago.(It was my first sex and it was due to peer pressure and was unexpected.I regret it very much since then). Contact was minimal. My hands had touched her breast, and her hand had touched my penis. Only prptected vaginal sex was done only after putting condom . While removing the condom, my 2 fingers touched the tip part of condom which had gone inside vagina. Immediately after it I went to wash my hand with soap and water. Then I washed my penis with soap and water using the same hand. I had small tear in my penis skin.

After 2 hours. I wore another lubricated condom( didn't have any kind of sex this time ) and the lubricant touched the torn part of my penis. I felt my penis become numb. I removed the condom and washed my penis.

After 6 days I had pharyngitis and doctor gave 10 tablets of amoxycillin to take for 5 days ( from day 8 to day 13).

On day 18,  A one year old accidentally stepped on my penis head when I was holding him on my arm.Had moderate pain during that part. Next day, I noticed a small dark blueish patch on (bottom part of penis head) of my penis( no itching, no swelling). Form day 19, started feeling very mild burning sensation during urination.

On day 21 I showed It to doctor ( didn't say that I had sex neither about that stepping). He suspected  fungal infection and gave me antifungal cream and 3 tablets to take one every 7 days. I used the cream twice  a day on penis and the patch disappeard within day 25. But there remained some burning sensation while urinating.Same doctor recommended to drink more water and gave urine alkanizer which reduced some burning sensation.

At day 50,  I started to feel mild pain on my testes, penis head  for some time  every day for 6 days(someday while in bed in morning , rarely during daytime, mostly after sun set until bedtime).

Burning sensation-- almost all time.
Penis head pain -- sometime in evening and morning.
Testes pain --  sometimes.

. But the burning sensation remain same( minimized when I drink pleanty of water). I went to another doctor , told him about everything about sex and pain. On day 55 He tested me  for HIV type 1 and 2, TPHA, VDRL,  HBsAg Rapid ... and all came negative. He gave me 5 tablets of antibiotic(azithromicin) for the throat discomfort. I took one tablet a day for 5 days and throat discomfort disappeared also the pain seemed some minimized.

Then gardually , day by day the burning sensation minimized. It used to happen mostly in the mornig and before .

Timeline:-
Sex --- day 1
stepping on penis head--- day 18

Blueish patch on penis head --- day 18  to  day 26( It was gardually disappearing form day 18 - day 26)

Mild burning urination --- since day 19

Burning sensation ( even when not peeing) ----> day 50 - day 65 ( mostly after evening, sometime in morning, rarely in daytime)

Penis head pain --- mostly at day 50 to day 65 ..
Testes pain ---- day 50 to day 57 , ( 3-4 hours a day in total)   then at day 75, 76, ( 3-4 hours a day in total).

In present condition, the penis head pain , burning urination only happens either after masturbation or  after elongation for a bit long time.

To summarise:-
Most major pain symptoms started and ended during day 50- day 65.. it is going better since then. And now , i am almost normal but those symptoms reappear after masturbation and lasts for some time or days and gets back to normal slowly.

So my question is:-
if this is due to any STD the why the symptoms only comes during some time of some day and feels normal other time. Why not everytime.?

And if it is due to that stepping injury, then why the pain didn't started before day 50.

In day 86, I again tested the folllwing and all came negative:: TPHA, VDRL, HBsAg, HIV 1 and 2. Since there was enough window period, I guess the report was conclusive.

Things that points toward STD:
1. Pain, burning sensation that happens after masturbation. And it used to happen even normally at day 50--- day 60.

Things that points against STDs:-
1.VDRL test at day 40 ..... negative
2.HIV RDT test at day 42 ..... negative
3. HIV 1 and 2 rapid , VDRL, HBsAg , TPHA  at day 54 and day 86 .....negative.
4. Urine R/E at day 42 and day 86 both normal.

5. No long persistant pain, burning sensation.
6. Blueish patch on the part where injury had happened ( that had appeared after stepping) healed itself within one week and never reappeared.
7. No discharge from penis.
8. No any sores, warts or rashes anywhere.
9. There was no sign of anything before that injury, penis was completely normal.

10. She seemed fit, well aware about risks  as she refused to do oral sex and even didn't let anyone to touch her vagina, suggested to wear condom at first before starting anything, age was 24 yrs and had only started before 1 year, she had a husband, she cleaned herself before/after the intercourse. ( These details were provided by my 2 friends, they had done with her one by one, and they both have no symptoms of any STDs).

My best explanation of what might have happened.

Pharyngitis at day 6:- I usually suffer from running nose and sore throat due to allergy to somethinh. I had pharyngitis 2 times before within 6 months. Also it was cold winter time and I sometime sleep breathing from mou

Burning urination , penis head pain, :- the injury caused some internal damage and the blueish patch might be the blood . Which cleared soon. But the injuy is healing but it gets disturbed due to expansion while enlarging the penis so it is taking time. But it is healing.

Testes pain:- might have happened due to extreme anxiety or hypersensitivity.  As i was always thinking about that and was very worried about that. It hasn't happened since last 18 days and before that it had happened in day 67. It is very rare.

That event was completely unexpected, totally out of peer pressure and i will never ever do it in my life again. I regret it.

If you have any idea about what might have caused it please suggest me. If this continues in future, I will get tested for Gonorrhoea .

I already answered this basic question for you -

https://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs-STIs/Small-rash-on-penis-head-after-20-days-of-intercourse/show/3074462

A few things that stand out - you don't feel it when you are busy, and notice it at night. Do you work during the day?

My guess is that at night, you have time to start thinking about it, and after masturbation, you are waiting to see if you feel anything, even subconsciously. You had no risk for any STD.

The only other thing you can do is see a urologist and get some testing done with them, but my guess is that it will all be fine.

I'd also suggest talking to your doctor and/or a therapist about your anxiety.

Thank you for your suggestion.
Since I have alerady been tested negative for those STDs and I am recovering too. I am now convinced that it must be due to that accident(stepping). Now I will stop thinking about it and let it heal.
Thank you so much once again.
You're welcome. :)
