Possibly paranoid question about a stripper encounter

Let me preface this by stating that I do suffer from health anxiety. I understand the risk here might be low, but I am anxious about it either way. I do tend to get a little less anxious (even when the news is bad) when I have solid information, so that is what I am seeking. I'm not comfortable at all with how things went down, but me trying to frame the situation so I seem as "innocent" as possible isn't helpful here, so I will dispense with that.

I was recently given a lap dance at a fully nude strip club. The dancer grinded on my penis through my clothes until I ejaculated.

This has triggered my anxiety something fierce, so naturally my brain is jumping right to STDs. Scenario details:

- I remained fully clothed during the entire experience. While she was nude, I was wearing jeans and underwear.
- I did not insert any part of my body into any part of hers.
- I didn't actively seek contact with her vagina with my skin, but I cannot say for certain that there was no incidental contact.
- The dancer was able to position my penis inside my pants so that it was right on her crotch during the grinding.  Again, no insertion, but I am sure my jeans at least had direct contact with her labia.Of course, I could not see it.
- The grinding was quite aggressive, to the point that my penis is mildly sore 2 days later. I understand this is probably just friction at this point, but it is making me think about it. I have no other actual STI symptoms (which I can't see how I would this quickly).

I recognize the answer to this is very likely (almost no risk of infection), but sometimes I need to hear it. Is this something I need to spend any time worrying about? I am less worried for me than I am with exposing my wife to anything (and yes - my wife knows I went to a strip club and all about the lap dance... not an issue there).

So bottom line - I is there any actual risk of transmission here? And if I were to get tested eventually, just to put my paranoid mind at ease, how many weeks should I wait?

There is no risk here. You had your pants on. STDs - all of them - don't go through clothing. It doesn't matter if her naked vagina is rubbing on your crotch - if your crotch is covered by clothing, there's no risk.

Thanks for the comment - and I actually did find and read that article elsewhere. It does calm me a bit, but then I consider the advice not to use lambskin condoms because of their inability to fully protect against STIs, and I think "My jeans have WAY more small holes than a lambskin condom!"

Though, they are obviously much thicker, and I am not actually penetrating.  But the two pieces of advice seem in conflict.

I appreciate your patience in answering a seemingly repetitive question. While I am sure it is annoying seeing different people asking the same question that has been answered before ... let me assure you, it does help with the anxiety a lot more when someone answers you directly. Our brain always thinks our situation is different....
""My jeans have WAY more small holes than a lambskin condom!""

That's not even true. Your jeans are thick denim and have been tightly woven.

"Our brain always thinks our situation is different...."

This is your anxiety talking, and we have hundreds of years of science that knows that your situation isn't actually different. We know that STDs don't go through clothing. If they did, we'd all have several of them.
