Protected Oral Sex a month ago, what are the risks of Syphillis and other STDs?

Had protected oral sex a month ago, condom was put on by escort and she sucked until I came, then she removed it carefully for me and flushed it down the loo, what are the risks of syphillis and other skin contact STDs like herpes? If I test now will it be a conclusive result ?

Only exposure was oral sex, no vaginal penetration and kissing/hugging.

So, When you asked about this before, it was said that the risk was actually really low. In the absence of any symptoms, there is no reason to worry or test. You don't need testing, you have no symptoms. Protected oral is not something to be concerned about and while not exactly zero risk, almost zero. No symptoms? No test or worry.
