Does this sound like primary symtoms

On the 26 of January 2012 i had an encounter with an escort, cutting a long story short she gave me unprotected oral which lasted 5 mins and i performed oral on her barely lasting any more than half a minute. We also had intercourse which was protected. There were no visible sores or ulcers on either of us. 4 days ago i noticed a sore on the shaft of my penis, before i had noticed the sore I'd had a bath and masturbated quite vigorously. The sore was not pitted or cratered, it just looked like the first layer of skin had been worn away and it was no bigger in length or width than say 6mm. I researched it and started to worry it might be syphilis, however none of the pics on the Internet of chancre and syphilis sores really matched very well with the sore on my penis. In fact i never really developed a chancre or what is described as a firm  red small raised lesion manifesting into a sore. It took only took 5 days for it to appear and completely heal which i know isn't the the case for syphilis chancre/lesions, also from time aspect it was 78 days from exposure to symptoms which does seem quite some time considering the average is 21 days for symptoms to show.

Just thought i would see what you guys think, im going to get tested anyway but your thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated

Many thanks

odds are this isn't std related at all. it's rather late for symptoms of any std to be causing you symptoms like this.

overall oral sex is low risk but in the future, it's always best to only give and receive protected oral sex - saves you testing, worrying and of course protects you too :)

if you are concerned, see your provider today or tomorrow but this really sounds more like irritation more than anything. be kind to the lil guy and use a good sex lube for masturbation so he doesn't get beat up like this :)
