Line of white dots along inner lip ????

A few weeks back I slept with a questionable person due to her sexual history. Today while eating chips my upper lip on the right side developed kind of a numb tingling sensation. When I looked in the mirror I seen nothing until I stretched my lip. Then i seen closer to the inside of my lip was almost a straight row of tiny white dots. I've never noticed them before. I searched google and hepres looks like clusters of small dots, as for Fordyce Spots it show they are on the out side of the lip where it meets skin.... Any idea what they might be ??? I don't know how to post a pic or else i would
