Question about risk

Hello, I did a question under hiv community, but I also want to know my risk of other stds.

I engaged in protected anal sex (top) with another male. The condom didn’t break or not noticeable. I also received many bjs from different guys.

I want to know if I am at risk of chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and when should I get tested.

So protected anal sex (top)

HIV - No risk
Chlamydia - No risk
Gono - No risk
Syphilis - Minimal risk
HSV - Minimal risk

The last two are minimal risk because there is still contact with skin around the pubic area but they can only pass if the other person has these things. Syphilis is uncommon in developed counties and if the person doesnt have a sore (chancre) then  there is no risk. It requires alot of rubbing of this sore onto the other person to transmit as well.

HSV (herpes) may be passed if the other person has an active outbreak. If no blisters then no risk. Although HSV is very common and can clear itself with time.

The fact you wore a condom give yous better protection all round.

Getting oral sex

HIV - No risk
Chlamydia - Minimal
Gono - Minimal
Syphilis - Minimal
HSV - Minimal

Oral sex is a lot less riskier than penetrative sex due to enzyme in the salivia and the bacteria live at the back of the throat.

From this exposure I wouldnt worry if you have no symptoms but I will suggest to keep going for routine STI testing to ensure tip top health :)
