Rashes on penis. No discharge, No pain. But uncomfortable.

The first thing I want to say is that I am uncircumcised and 22 years old. I had unprptected anal sex with a guy (my first penetrative encounter), where I was the insertive partner. After a couple of days I got an itchy rash on my penis. No doscharge. No well-defined sore or wart-like thing. No pain. But some uneven red rashes and sometimes small blisters on my glans; sometimes they itch and mostly they do not. I took an HIV test but it came out negative (although seroconversion doesn't occur that early, and I didn't have other symptoms as well). Now its been two months and the conditions have not improved AT ALL. I applied multiple creams, which didnt really work. I applied coconut oil, and it turned out to be extremely red and weird, so I stopped applying that immediately.  A dermatologist gave me an useless medicine (teczine, or something like that), ehich didn't work as well. The rash comes and goes every time. I suspect it is a case of balanitis or something related to yeast infection or some severe STD. Can anyone of you suggest anything fruitful?

Thank you,
Bamchik.

No STDs are going to appear in just two days. Those lesions could be also due to the physical act of penetrating itself.

After this kind of situations, wait for 28 days and go for a HIV combo duo ag/ab test which will have an accurate result after that time.

You should also test for Gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia and hepatitis c after three weeks.

First of all, thanks a lot!
Now I want to tell you something that I had forgotten to mention. After 19 days of my exposure, I got a sudden abdominal pain along with a dull side pain. Doctor asked me for a USG. Everything was normal in that report apart from the right illiac fossa, which turned out to be tender. Well, the doctor diagnosed it as an acute appendicitis and I was operated within a couple of weeks. Before that operation I did a chest x-ray,
after 25 days of exposure (you know sometimes that's necessary before an operation). In that report the impression was bronchitis. Now its been almost 10 weeks (69 days) since that single exposure. Now, I have a severe sore throat, fatigue and sometimes joint aches. The rashes on my glans are just gone. I cant find any. I am extremely scared, can seroconversion occur at 9 weeks, or its just a continuation?.

Thanks again.
Bamchik.
I am also looking for a three month (10th of january) antibody test. The person I had sex with is around 70 years old, and doesn't have any sort of HIV related symptoms (I know that doesn't really matter).
