Chances of me getting HIV

Dear Docter,

I Work in Lebanon, I had sex with a prostitute three days ago, and during the course i realised that my condom had torn i immidiately withdrew and washed my genitial. I am sorry if i am bringing this thing to your notice. I had been awake the whole day before i had sex and was very tiered. In the night 2 AM i had sex. After that i have been very perturbed about the whole fact.. I dont know really what to do. I asked the prostitute about she having AIDS and she denied also twice bluntly. I did not ejaculate in her genitials but she surely went to wash her genitials after after we had the intercourse. I am worried..Though i felt feverish as i was again awake because of the journey i had to carry on in the night...But now i am ok..just still i feel lathargic..

I would request you to just give me some relief incase i should get one or not...but what are my chances of getting HIV..and also what would be the immidiate signs or symptoms of getting this diseases.Please tell me as soon as possible..Yours sincerely

I also wanted to ask whether circumcision of penis brings down the chances of getting infected with HIV ..i am science student ...its quite stupid to ask such things..but i a bit worried..its normal i believe cause its really a big thing to live with the HIV virus. .. I also wanted to ask you please tell me the immidiate symptoms which i must look for in this window period....so that i can contact my docter..and also for how much time does these symptoms prolong or remain till..
