Recent affliction
Idk how but as of recently the tip of my penis get this redish rash, just in the ridge of it that comes and goes but I have no idea the cause I don’t think it’s an std but it’s come outta no where before my current partner did met up with one guy but said he was clean but could I have gotten something it’s never showed up when I’m with my partner now and I’m afraid to get tested cause of obvious reasons

A reddish rash could be fungal, balanitis, an allergic reaction to something - there are a lot of possibilities that aren't STDs.
I'm not sure what the "obvious reasons" are that make you afraid to test. Testing allows you to treat earlier and cure faster. Just go get it checked and ease your mind. Don't attempt to treat it - you might use the wrong thing and either make it worse, or affect the testing.
