Concerned

I had unprotected sex about a month ago with other than my partner. About a week later I had started to itch on my scrotum and noticed it being red on my genital sack. I had noticed just one day ago my scrotum looks bruised. I have not seen a doctor cause I have no INS. And can't afford to at this time. I have read to use hydrocortizone 1% and vasoline. Am I doing the right thing. Also what is the bruise. My partner doesn't show anything. Please ease my mind and thank you. Do I need to see a doctor?

Symptom is not STD related, but do not need symptoms to have a STD.

You should definitely see a doctor or get tested at a clinic.
