Red Spot/Bump On Penis Head

I had unprotected sex a few nights ago and then I noticed a small, red, blister like spot on the head my penis (just one spot). It is the size of small eraser, is basically perfectly circular, and is raised off the skin just slightly.

The first day or so I didn't see it at all, but the shaft was pretty sore due to friction, as we went at it for over an hour. The red bump is totally painless, I have no pain while urinating, it is not filled with any liquid and I cannot "pop" it. It honestly just looks like a red blister caused from friction. Is this something I should be concerned about/get tested immediately? Or should I give it a few days to see if it heals over? I have a picture but I don't see anywhere to attach that...

Thanks!

Hi no std shows symptms in a few days and so it would appear that the red spot is a friction injury.
