Red blotches on penis

Hello all I am new to this. I would be going to my doctors today but  I fly out for work tomorrow so in a panic, have came here.

Attached is the image as taken this morning. It started as one blotch, and now there are several as you can see.

I have had two sexual partners this year, one from February to September, and then I was with one other girl (un protected) in October. In around middle of November, the first blotch appeared. so around a month later. Now it is not going away. What are your thoughts??

The are flat and cannot be felt. Two of them you can maybe see have somewhat of a ''center'' where it looks like I can only describe as if you picked a scab, and the surrounding area remains one colour and then a lighter blotch is in the center. They are no painful, cannot be felt, and have never blistered either...

We don't look at pictures and are banned from the site.

Skin issues are often not a STD but only a Dr can tell you what it is.
